Leadership in the knowledge economy is first and foremost, about managing our own mindset. This direct, self-knowledge is hard to come by without intense reflection. Two recent articles caught my attention.
First one by, David A. Patterson, the don of computer architecture education, looks back on principles developed during a life on the highest altar of high-tech.
Second one is by Hitendra Wadhwa, author of the book Inner Mastery, Outer Impact. He speaks about the work we need to do inside ourselves, in order to make a difference in the world outside.
