I am a Product Manager with a special focus on problems of the CFO and HR functions.
I used to be a software engineer back in the day developing in C with a focus on systems and networking stack. While challenging, a pure engineering role began to feel underwhelming as I felt like I needed to be stretched in more ways than designing software products. In my quest to understand the “Why” behind the products, I was introduced to Product Management. Thanks to the support of a lot of people, I was able transition into it, making a lot of mistakes, wasting time and money but learning loads.
Today, my specialty is at the intersection of the following:
- B2B Software-as-a-Service products.
- Office the CFO and all the problems and struggles faced by CFOs, Accountants, Controllers, Auditors and ERP managers.
- Building products for the US market.
- Working with cross-cultural, multi-national teams and executive stakeholders.
- Setting up teams and scaling up the product and design function.
- Solving problems by combining strategy and execution.
